Navigando sul web mi sono imbattuto in un articolo scritto da Roberto Cigolini (Professore al Politecnico di Milano) e Fabiana Pala (IFMA Italia).
L’articolo, ospitato sul sito di ISS, uno dei maggiori operatori internazionali in ambito FM, tratta delle opportunità e dei rischi dell’esternalizzazione dei servizi di Facility Management.
La pubblicazione ingloba quanto già visto nel precedente post in cui abbiamo parlato del mercato del Facility Management, riprendendo la suddivisone in categorie dei fornitori di servizi FM, aggiungendo però molte altre interessanti considerazioni che vorrei condividere con tutti voi.

While surfing the web I came across an article written by Roberto Cigolini (Professor at Politecnico di Milano) and Fabiana Pala (IFMA Italy).
The article, hosted on the website of ISS, one of the major international operators in the FM field, deals with the opportunities and risks of outsourcing Facility Management services.
The publication incorporates what we already saw in the previous post in which we talked about the Facility Management market, resuming the division into categories of FM service providers, but it add many other interesting considerations that I would like to share with all of you.
