Questa settimana abbiamo parlato di come il particolare momento storico imponga flessibilità nel modo di guardare alle opportunità professionali. Nell’articolo di Lunedì 13 Luglio abbiamo parlato delle possibilità del Fractional Management, mentre Mercoledì 15 Luglio dei cosiddetti “Slash Workers” ovvero di quelle persone che svolgono diverse attività contemporaneamente.
Oggi, per dare ancora un contributo a questo tipo di necessità di rivalutare il concetto di rapporto professionale, considerando che siamo all’appuntamento del venerdì con la rubrica Learning, vi propongo il corso reso disponibile da LinkedIn Learning, intitolato appunto “LAVORARE COME DIPENDENTE A CONTRATTO O A TEMPO DETERMINATO – ENTRARE A FAR PARTE DELLA FORZA LAVORO FLESSIBILE”.
Tutti i crediti inerenti il contenuto del corso vanno ovviamente al portale LinkedIn Learning.
Purtroppo come di consueto LinkedIn offre i suoi contenuti solo in lingua originale, tuttavia lo stesso risulta facilmente comprensibile a chiunque possegga almeno le basi della lingua.

Here we are at the sixth round of the LEARNING section of “Far from being just FM”.

This week we talked about how the particular moment in history imposes flexibility in the way we look at professional opportunities. In the article on Monday 13 July we talked about the possibilities of Fractional Management, while on Wednesday 15 July we talked about the so-called “Slash Workers”, i.e. people who carry out several activities at the same time.
Today, to give a contribution to this kind of need to re-evaluate the concept of professional relationship, considering that we are at the appointment on Friday with the section “Learning”, I propose the course made available by LinkedIn Learning, entitled “WORK AS A CONTRACT OR DETERMINED TIME EMPLOYEE – ENTER THE FLEXIBLE WORK FORCE”.
All credits for the course content go to the LinkedIn Learning portal.
Unfortunately, as usual, LinkedIn only offers its content in the original language, but it is easy to understand for anyone who has at least the basics of the language.
