WHW CONSULTING
WHW, is a professional initiative, born from the sharing of ideas and principles with companies and professionals in the sector, with the aim of making concrete what is promoted with the blog “Far From Being just FM”, becoming in turn a vehicle for spreading the same values.
Closely linked to the blog that oriented and encouraged its birth, WHW is inspired, starting from its name, by the theory of the “golden circle” with the key elements that see the “WHY” as the protagonist, followed by the “HOW” and the “WHAT”, placing as a fundamental element the deep reason for which the initiative is developed.
The project involves the sharing of high-profile skills and expertise, through the creation of partnerships with the most highly rated professionals and companies, to provide a level of service such as to ensure greater visibility and recognition of the role of Facility Manager, with the shared goal of:
“Redesigning the role of the Facility Manager, from a modern perspective, to improve the lives of people who come into contact with the result of our work”.
THE AIM OF “WHW” CONSULTING
WHW aims to deliver value in the field of “Intensive Intellectual Services”, either directly or in collaboration with other partners and/or professionals.

Considering the role of the Facility Manager to be a strategic role that spans the most varied disciplines that have as their ultimate goal the generation of value for the company or the customer who relies on us, WHW aims to offer its services in the following areas, without precluding any further future possibilities that may support the achievement of its goal.
Assessment: Auditing in Facility, Asset and Property Management, with the aim of identifying the real needs in terms of governance, training and innovation of the client, so as to support him in an integrated way in the creation or development of his management structures, while offering a professional network to refer to for his needs.
Governance: WHW offers the service of defining, creating and developing the governance structure aimed at the above fields of application. Once the audit has been completed and the governance requirements have been defined in agreement with the client, WHW supports companies in their development, also taking charge of staff training and adaptation/technological innovation requirements.
Training: Thanks to specialized and certified partners, HWH aims to support clients with certified training activities, both in the field of compulsory professional training and in management, thanks to the definition of training programs aimed at increasing the level of knowledge in the fields of reference, taking training as an essential element in the desire to disseminate culture in Asset, Property and Facility Management, with a special focus on safety in the workplace and environmental sustainability.
Innovation: HWH is also a professional initiative oriented towards technological innovation to support our customers’ growth path. Each organizational path foresees the need for technological adaptation, which can be offered at the highest levels thanks to our partners who are involved in the development of dedicated software, which are an essential element in the application of the data driven approach proposed as the basis of our consultancy.
